Job Summary
The DCSO Capability Development Delivery Special is responsible for leading the efforts of domain capability development for China BPO employees; developing, implementing, teaching and providing overall management of China BPO domain training program.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analysis；
Develop, revise / update, deliver and evaluate training and development courses
Meet with course / program participants to review learning progress and course / program effectiveness.
Provide comprehensive training strategies which should meet the learning demands of a range of students.
Involve in creating proactive and responsive solutions for business needs and seizing opportunities of continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit and organizational performance.
Specific duties include preparation and facilitation of training courses or other interventions in the design of instructional materials.
Responsible for performing miscellaneous duties related to training and development.
Relationships
Reports to: China BPO DCSO Capability Development Lead
Supervises: N/A
External Relationships: Delivery Services Management
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Advanced skills of Microsoft office.
Good instructional skills
Flexibility and teaming skills
Experience identifying trends in education and learning, interpreting the implications of business trends, and responding quickly to the training and development needs of the company.
Good creativity, writing proficiency in the development of training courses and programs, Excellent spoken and written English, trilingual is preferred
Strong consulting skills, with a track record of identifying issues and formulating pragmatic and effective solutions.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
The ability to collaborate across organizational lines, disciplines, and cultures.
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with senior leadership a & &nbs
