职位描述

Responsibilities:
1. Ensures coherence of HR management in their area with the Site Manager and Group HR management.
- Applies Social regulations by integrating social laws and company rules and regulations aiming constantly to optimize HR processes and develop HR
management skills
- Guarantees respect of personal and professional ethics in line with the company’s values.
2. Implements and follows social management tools in compliance with procedures established by the Group HR
management.
- Prepares social reporting of their site(s) and ensures that it conforms to specifications, is reliable, given within time limit, analyzes the results and
monitors the related action plans
- Ensures that the HR dashboards conform to specifications and are reliable, given within time limit, analyzes the results and monitors the related action

- Ensures that salaries are paid, reliable, in compliance with the labour laws, labour agreement and company rules and regulations.
3. Assists the Site Manager in the scope of relations with social partners.
- Leads meetings with social partners
- Leads annual negotiations
- Maintains good social climate
- Takes all operational decisions in their field and within their area of responsibility
4. Implements manpower planning policy ( recruitment, skills development, motivation, mobility, training,
remuneration) necessary for the optimization and adaptation of Human Resources for company economic purposes.
- Gathers needs for recruitment (internal and external), establishes recruitment plan according to employment requests given by the department heads
and validated by the Group HR management, and guarantees the follow-up and realization of the plan.
- Draws up and signs offers of employment and work contracts
- Implements induction procedures for workers
- Ensures that annual performance reviews are carried out, uses results and implements action plans in relation with Group HR management and/or the
Career and Skills development Manager
- Carries out career development interviews
- Detects potential employees and give them promotions or training
- Gathers needs for training, establishes estimated training budget, guarantees follow-up and carrying out of training plan and related declarations
(training levy, training funds …)
- Ensures application of remuneration policies in line with Group directives and follow-up of total payroll.
5. Advises and assists operational management in HR management.
- Trains management on basics of social laws
- Assists and advises management on the development of organisations
- Monitors suitability of worker for their job
- Leads their team and coordinates their tasks in order to reach targets.
6. Manages their activity
- According to the business activity objectives, establishes action plans and coordinates in a consistent way the missions of his/her team
- Proposes and controls the annual operational budget of activity
- Proposes necessary resources to achieve objectives and puts in place the necessary actions for the changes in staff (recruitment, changes,
dismissals), and the investments according to the budget and social constraints
- Follows activity performance indicators, sets up corrective actions if necessary, and communicates them to teams
- Carries out the annual appraisal interviews, lays down the objectives of his/her team, by associating the functional ones then ensures itself of the
deployment on the L-1 levels and L-2
- Develops employee skills and proposes necessary training to maintain performance working with the Staff Manager
- Advises employees for their evolutions in agreement with the staff manger and supports internal mobility
- Proposes the wage increases, in agreement with the functional person in charge within the framework for the HR Group policy
- Pays attention to maintain team motivation and a positive working climate
- Controls and approves expense notes (trips, ...), absence requests for their team
- Ensures updates of job definitions according to group processes
- Gives reports of their activity


Requirements:
-Operational practice of Human Resources management, social reporting, social relations, collective negotiations,
-Significant practice of HR development subjects; Recruitment, internal mobility, training and skills management,motivation management, remuneration, downsizing plan, etc.
-Ability to lead a group and coordinate a team, ability to control entire HR operational management process; good command of recruitment, remuneration management, skills management, training management etc.
-Above 8 years exp in HR function with at least 3 years in HR manager role.
-Proficient in English
