Senior Specialist Production Control Systems Operation

Employment – full time

Tasks

To implement the proper solution to ensure the smooth operation of production control and shop floor systems

Key Responsibility

- Provide production critical systems operation support in Vehicle and Engine plants

- Work with the service management team together to implement the ITSCM process

- Use the relevant IT standard processes as defined within ITIL

- Work with project management team together to fulfill the operation team’s task in the project

- To build up smooth communication and cooperation with the production system key user

- Deliver problem resolution and document problems and status via management tool

- Other contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manager

Qualification

- University degree in information technology or related subject

- Knowledge of the MES systems structures and functions

- Familiar with at least one of the main development languages, C/C++/Java/C#/…

- Knowledge of ITIL

- Project management skills

- Good interpersonal skills

- Proficient English, German would be an advantage

- Flexible response to rapidly changing demands

- Ability to function well under extreme pressure

- Lead and influence other team members positively

- Experience of MES or production systems operation, 1-3 years

- Experience of MES or production systems development, 1-3 years

- Experience of the application operation, 1-3 years
