You will responsible for delivering Kewill group of products and solutions. Activities include conducting on-site consulting, requirements gathering and analysis, project implementation and management to produce quality deliverables. You will be part of our Professional Services Team.

You will continually focus on project tasks and commitment in order to ensure that customers’ needs are met while at the same time meeting corporate objectives and business strategies. You will also maintain high credibility and client perceived value of our solutions and services.

Pre-requisites:

? Degree in Business/Information System with minimum 3 years of experience in Freight, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or its equivalent
? Successful track record of progression in software and business applications for the IT/transportation and logistics industries.
? Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
? Highly knowledgeable in the areas of supply chain management such as Freight Management, Transport Management and Warehouse Management
? Project consultancy and project management skills with experience in mega/high value IT project delivery or Global projects
? Experience with any of the Kewill Suite of products for Forwarding, Transport or Warehousing will be highly regarded
? Travelling is required


Responsibilities:

? Identify any gaps between customer needs and product capability and work towards resolving any issues that may exist
? Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyzetradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
? Manage Client requirements and translate them into a suitable Technical/Solution proposal.
? Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
? Drives regular internal continuation review sessions throughout the engagement to get extended team input on current deliverables and potential future business
