Position Description:
Provide professional reception to customers and guests.
Provide clerical and administrative support to the office.
Serve as the main telephone operator to handle incoming telephone calls.
Distribution of faxes and memos, in/out mails. Stationary ordering for all staff in office. Supply for water, drinks and medicine etc. Registration for meeting room and overhead projector. Webcast Set Up.
Office routine payment, such as telephone fee,rental. Allocation the office cost to each division. Such as: Stationary, Air-ticket, Telephone fee. Monthly Expenset Report. Type office documents. Cost Control and MRO Saving.
Keeping office good enviornment. Canteen Management Express Management Others Assigned.
Position Requirements:
Graduate from University or college, Minimum of 2 year working experience in similar company. Good interpersonal skills, hard working, be able to work by self, good communication. Good command of English (Spoken, written, reading and listening) ,at lest CET6. Able to operate computers, especially MS office, PPT.

1.本科以上学历，有3年以上行政、人事财务相关工作经验。
2.具有出纳等财务方面工作经验和保险公积金人事方面相关经验。
3.英语四级以上，有基本的听说读写能力。
4.性格温和，做事有计划性和条理性。
5.工作积极努力，对自己能做到高要求。
6.高配合度，能高效的完成好领导交给的各项工作。
