职位描述

Title: General Manager - Tianjing

Report to: AP Managing Director

Location: TianJing,China



Responsibilities:

l Provide direction, lead and manage the local sales/marketing team and operation team to grow the business

l Overall manage the entire business activities of Suzhou plant, which is include: Sales/marketing, operation, quality, purchasing, logistics...

l Collaborate closely with Marketing / Service / Logistics to communicate and explain customers / region's needs so as to proactively support key account customers and channel partners to deliver increasing sales performance

l Develop solutions for customers in targeted areas integrating company wide product lines and drive implementation through internal and exterral parties.

l Focus on leading and building up the right sales, relationship and change management activities with internal/external teams and motivating them to achieve more aggressive sales growth

l Develop and manage relationships between the company and domestic business partners, such as distributors, resellers, end-users, suppliers...

l Provide valuable field feedback on any major market developments, large account activity etc.

l Review and fine-tune channel sales management strategy and tactics to increase mindshare, sales, profitability and market share


DIMENSION

About 170 staff in China (including local commerical team and operation team)

Responsible for sales revenue of Suzhou plant.










PREREQUISITIES

Proven sales /commerical management experience in MNC companies.

Strong sales track records and knowledge of the market trends in Manufacturing, Logistics and Retail industries.

Aggressive in winning deals but diplomatic, patient and persuasive in obtaining buy-in from internal and external business stakeholders

Able to provide leadership to business and people, and has passion for organization development work

Has strong presentation and interpersonal skill

Able to exercise good initiative and judgement

Independent, driven and self-motivated individual with ability to multi task

Possess the potential and desire to assume a bigger portfolio and responsibilities

Good versatility and work well under limited guidance

At least 5 years regional sales/commerical management experience with at least 8 years people management experience.
