Employment – full time

Tasks

- Coordination of trans-sectoral validation process of components and mechatronic systems and their integration in the entire vehicle

- Control of the associated development of autobody-, chassis- and powertrain-components and their integration process

- Planning of validation methods and preparation of the associated test equipment

- Organizational support of testing activities at the plant in Shenyang and coordination of integration testing of test suppliers China wide

Key Responsibilities

- Defining the test objectives and validation concepts

- Determining the requirements for the test system

- Project management to implement the requirements in coordination with internal / external agencies / partners / suppliers with a focus on the functional integration

- Ongoing optimization of development processes and project management processes

- Independent project management to implement the requirements in coordination with internal / external departments

Qualifications

- Bachelor or Master of electrical or mechanical Engineering; B.Sc. M.Sc

- Expert knowledge in function of entire motor vehicles, engine and gear

- Business English

- Personal requirements: Integrative and communicative, pragmatic, structured, high degree of personal initiative and drive, open and sensitive to other cultures

- Several years in the field of drive development, 1-3 years
