职位描述
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
·Maintain and support an enterprise SQL server database, CTI, IVR and Avaya PBX.
·Design, maintain and support an enterprise Active Directory environment.
·Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Helpdesk Team
·Work with vendors to determine solutions for our environment
·Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating systems
·Develop and implement processes to perform system monitoring, verify the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs
·Verify that the Systems team performs to set service level thresholds on tickets
·Design and approve changes in the environment
·7x24 on-call with rotation
QUALIFICATIONS
·Bachelor degree in computer science, equivalent work experience.
·Minimum 6 years of networking experience in complex environments providing network design, operational support, hands-on implementation and configuration of network infrastructure.
·Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows 2003 and 2008
·Hands-on experience with Linux and Unix variants (specifically RedHat/CentOS)
·Hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2008
·Hands-on experience with SQL server data in application of call certer
·General knowledge of TCP/IP networking
·Microsoft MSCE certification or equivalent experience
·Solid understanding of PCI certification
·Solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts
·Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Willing and able to work with a high level of urgency and professionalism.
·Ability to effectively deliver multiple concurrent projects, meeting tight customer driven deadlines.
