Principal Responsibilities （主要职责）
Support sales admin team for customer order process, (FOB HK orders)
支持销售行政团队进行订单处理
Follow with logistic for the order schedule
跟进订单进程
Coordinate with sales and buyer for delivery(payment, forwarder, etc…)
协助销售和采购人员发货
APTO inquiry trend tracking
Sales reports/S& OP reports supporting
制定销售报告

Prerequisites（任职必要条件）
Good skills in common office computer software
良好的计算机办公软件技能
Knowledge and experience with Oracle etc ERP system for order management will be a plus
有Oracle等ERP系统的知识和经验将优先考虑
Activity, extravert, ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external customers
积极主动，良好的有效沟通能力
Good command of Japan writing and reading
良好的日语书写能力
Can read and writing English working emails
良好的英文书写能力
