职位描述

Basic Function:

This role exists to promote the achievement of the company’s operating objectives with regard to Precision Solutions & Telematics products for Agriculture, Construction & IVECO in the Chinese market.

· Working with the Regional Marketing Manager to achieve predetermined goals relating to:

· Market Entry Strategy

· Market Share

· Margin

· Wholesale Revenue

· Parts Revenue

· Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty

· Dealer Development and Dealer Satisfaction

· Stock flow management/Aged Inventory

· Selling, General and Admin management

The function of the role is to build and implement a structure that consistently achieves the above objectives.

Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority:

This position has primary responsibility for management of Product Marketing, Product Performance and Aftersales Service Support, Distributor and Dealer Development and Warranty and Policy Administration.
Within this scope the responsibilities are:
1.Develop and execute a market entry strategy for PS&T products into the after-market 2.Develop and execute a localized brand strategies across two distribution channels
3.Overall Management of the Product Performance and Aftersales Services function
4.Working with the brands in the region, understanding and anticipating the customers unique needs in the region
5.Understands competitive scenario and develop recommendations on how to stay ahead of the competition
6.Provide subject matter expertise on the precision farming product suites
7.Provides feedback to the regional marketing manager on product needs for future roadmap
8.Assist Dealers with developing PS&T marketing plans
9.Assist Dealers with development plans of the PS&T business
10.Assist Dealers with certification programs
11.Support and execute dealer training
12.Support and execute customer training
13.Provide assistance at agricultural shows and events
14.Develop and participate in the Precision Farming Annual Product Update and Conference

Job Requirements: position:
Minimum requirements of the position include:
?Excellent written & spoken English.
?Territory qualifications in either Business or Commerce preferable Agri-Business, Science preferable Agricultural Science or Agricultural Engineering.
?Thorough understanding of marketing theory and practice.
?Thorough understanding of Sales Management and customer service.
?Understanding of wholesale and retail business structures and dynamics
?Understanding of farmer/contractor needs and expectations in respect of tractor and machinery performance, and dealer performance.
?Experience in marketing and/or sales management roles in agricultural or related industry
?Ability to work well as product expert in a team sales environment.
?Ability to work with minimal direct supervision.
Desirable but non-essential qualifications:
?Farming back ground highly desirable.
?Comprehensive understanding of the application of agricultural equipment and implements.
?Thorough knowledge of farming practice.
?An understanding of the workings of a western business
?The PFS in the developing markets must have a very entrepreneurial approach and be able to act in many roles simultaneously.
?An in-depth agronomic understanding of farming systems, a passion for technology, empathy with the farming sector, entrepreneurial flair, business aptitude from a manufacturing perspective right through to an aftersales understanding.
