职位描述
Position: Finance Manager – Joint Venture
Location: Liulin County, Shanxi Province, China (山西吕梁)
Key focus:
? Member of the Company’s management team
? Finance manufacturing and fiscal support for the site
? Responsible for all financial and cost accounting
? Responsible monthly, quarterly and annual statutory and internal reporting
? Maintain site internal accounting and financial control structure
? Continuous improvement of manufacturing and financial accounting site processes
? Monitor Capital Expenditure for the project
? Coordination of banking/treasury matters with JV partners
Job Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the first level follow up of capital expenditure & assets accounting.
perform routine financial reviews of the projects, review project economics and capital expenditure payment to ensure compliance with corporate capital expenditure policy.
? Provide local support to the site and the JV partners in the area of accounting, treasury, reporting and analysis (e.g.
weekly/monthly manufacturing reporting, forecast, S&OP participation, AOP, etc.…)
? Responsible for prepare and filing of the monthly tax package including VAT, business tax, etc.
? Responsible for the preparing and filing of the Statistics reporting package to local Statistics
Bureau.
? Responsible for prepareing and filing of quarterly corporate income tax filing and annual tax
for all taxes.
? First level support for all internal, external and governmental audits (e.g., SOXs, PwC, local
Customs House audit, local Tax Bureau’s audit)
? Assist the company management and regional functional management in ad hoc projects.
? Plant cost closing and ensure the cost process accurate
? Cash forecast and management. Loan and facility monitor.
? Drive communications between Finance and Operations management to strengthen
relationships
? Coordinate and/or complete monthly, quarterly and annual closing, working closely with
regional functional management, CoE and site manufacturing personnel.
? Develop control procedures and insure proper internal controls over the use of site assets.
? Spotlight areas of concern to aid in meeting objectives of site, regional and global management.
? Communicate with State Administration of Foreign Exchange(SAFE) local Office for getting
approval on all of overseas payments as approval should be granted for overseas payments
before the payments are remitted outside of China.
? Prepare transfer price analysis on a monthly basis.
Requirements:
? 5-10 years of experiences in finance function with multinational companies,
manufacturing cost experiences required, experiences in US companies preferred.
? College or university degree in finance/accounting.
? China accountant qualification or CPA preferred.
? Advanced level of MS-Office skills, Lotus Notes & ERP system and SAP expertise
strongly preferred.
? Working knowledge of China GAAP required, US GAAP or IFRS a plus.
? Good working knowledge of local tax regulation including VAT, business tax, CIT, etc.
? Good knowledge in month end close, reporting, forecast and financial analysis.
? People management experiences preferred.
? Self motivated, independent, performance driven and ability to work under
pressure. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
? Strong communication skills.
? Good at written and spoken English and Chinese.
? Analytical and accurate, flexible and adaptable to positive change
