Qualification:
1. Demonstrated managerial leadership potential and proven interpersonal skills;
2. Track record of success on safety, health and environmental protection;
3. Track record of success in Quality and Regulatory compliance;
4. A strong commitment to employee involvement, team building and diversity;
5. Strong customer satisfaction awareness, demonstrated proactive and result oriented;
6. Familiar with production plan, ISO, ERP/MRPII and chemical production process;
7. Flexibility in dealing with a variety of production situations;
8. Bachelor or above degree major in subject of technology or engineering with 5+ years of working experience and at least 3 years in WOFE or JV manufacturing company as production manager or supervisor;
9. Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Major responsibilities include, but not limited to:
1. Overall responsible for the smooth, efficient and profitable production, meets products delivery requirements, continues to improve production safety/ quality/cost effectiveness/efficiency and people development;
2. Directs and coordinates the activities of employees engaged in production;
3. Promotes company culture and values through creating a motivational working environment and role model;
4. Sets and maintains high quality standards for all operations with a continuous focus on outstanding customer satisfaction;
5. Plans and establishes work priorities, schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production targets/goals;
6. Supervises and reviews production and operating status, resolves operational, manufacturing problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays;
7. Develops or revises SOPs and working practices, coach and guide workers to ensure compliance with standards;
8. Manages and motivates personnel, completes employee evaluations, administers company policies and enforces disciplinary procedures as required. Conducts performance evaluations for direct reports providing specific and detailed feedback on their management and leadership skills and the attainment of their respective goals and objectives.
9. Ensures compliance to internal and external regulations, keeps a safety and high efficient working environment through implementing/improving 6S program;
10. Develops and institutes programs and procedures to continuous improvement in manufacturing cycle time, WIP reduction and labor efficiency;
11. Perform other duties as required or assigned by superior.
