Asia Sourcing Manager 亚洲区资源开发经理（2人, Beckman Coulter）

Main Objectives:

？ Serve as critical liaison between supplier and corresponding purchasing, quality, manufacturing and engineering personnel within the different Danaher Operating Companies and locations

？ Support the new product development and/or product transfer from high cost region to low cost region.

？ Drive cost saving by project localization, negotiation, supply base optimization and supplier development and management

？ Responsible for coordinating, identifying and/or be part of a procurement team to support major cost reduction initiatives, supplier development and transition.

？ Work closely with commodity team, peer group to ensure corporate supply chain management performance metrics(quality, cost, delivery) are reached or exceed

Requirement:

？ Good command of English

？ Bachelor degree. Major in technical related prefer

？ At least 3 years related to purchasing, project management or sales

？ Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to express a subject clearly and understandable and to persuade others.

？ Good Project Management Skills. Requires analytical ability and experience to problem solve issues such as: technical problems, schedule issues, and cost related issues

？ Experience with sheet metal/machined parts, plastic injection components, as well as supplier development are desirable
