职位描述
岗位职责：
1、客户品牌档案维护，操作员维护（含用户新增、封存、锁定、密码咨询等），客户权限，ERP相关业务电话咨询服务、上门服务，ERP培训；
2、CA证书签发、吊销及USBKey发放、回收，CA证书挂失，服务器维护，帐套备份等；
3、ERP日常维护及数据备份，检查数据库后台任务执行情况，ERP操作手册编写与培训，ERP日常操作HelpDesk，ERP服务运转情况以及CA认证运转情况，数据库优化作业，管理帐、税务帐、CA认证系统数据库备份，IUFO报表。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历；
2、有一定IT基础，熟练使用office办公软件；
3、有过ERP（用友NC、U8）系统操作经验者优先；
4、性格踏实，思路清晰。
5、能吃苦耐劳，适应加班。
