1、 根据公司实际业务与客户需求下，建立并持续完善公司的创意工作流程规范；
2、 确保所有进程、状态得到及时、客观的反映与严密的控制。
3、 建立有效、实时的监控机制与沟通机制，确保外包任务的按时完成；
4、 收集、建立并维护、更新临时外聘人员资源数据库；
5、 持续提高团队的工作质量与工作效率。
任职条件：
1、 5年以上广告行业经历，3年以上大型广告公司同等职位经历；
2、 熟悉广告运作流程、注重沟通、擅长协调、语言及书面表达清晰精准；
3、 懂得全面监控工作进度, 时间和质量的把控拥能力强；
4、 了解后期制作、物料、印刷等工艺与报价，有Freelance资源，能够处理解决日常产生相关需求；
5、 熟练操作Office各项办公软件；
6、 责任心强，工作认真、细致、讲究团队合作具有协作精神；
7、 4A广告公司背景优先 。
