职位描述

岗位要求
1、深刻理解公司战略目标,并根据公司的战略制定具体的客户拓展计划、业务推广计划;
2、能够参与制定并完成部门发展战略规划,整合资源;根据公司资源和平台特点负责业务拓展计划的实施;广泛发展目标客户并寻求商务合作;
3、实现公司合作项目的开发和引进,通过有效合作的展开为公司创造业务和利润增长;
4、维护并提升客户满意度,实现预定市场拓展目标;
5、评估和调整市场拓展及销售方案,实现整合营销,针对特定客户需求进行精准营销,向上营销和交叉营销;
6、围绕公司的业绩指标,营销策略和计划,对团队进行费用成本控制及运营数据分析;
7、对重要大客户进行开拓、沟通与管理,并制定合作方案维护长期合作关系;
8、独立带领客户服务团队进行新客户开发和维护并达成业绩目标;
9、了解市场动态和竞争环境变化,密切关注行业的重大变化,以前瞻性的眼光提出对策;
10、对下属人员进行业务指导和工作考核评比、激励、推荐;
11、负责部门工作的协调、统筹,人员的管理;负责对下属人员的工作进行考核;
12、具有良好的专业素养和职业精神,有较强的服务意识、客户管理意识和应变能力;
13、具有敏锐的市场洞察力和准确的客户分析能力、有较强的团队培训能力和团队凝聚力;
14、具备优秀的时间管理和多任务规划统筹执行能力;
任职条件
1、本科以上学历,2-5年以上工作经验,具备第三方支付行业,快销行业,零售业及服务业和电子商务行业销售管理经验者优先;
2、熟悉并了解互联网电子商务市场、了解互联网金融发展趋势;
3、具备一定的谈判能力,逻辑思维能力,能准确的把握市场方向;
4、具备客户维护、独立开发经验,有很强的营销理解;
5、有消费性产品、商业预付卡、零售、餐饮行业的营销或销售经验;
6、有强烈的责任心和进取心,具备高度的工作热情,领导能力佳,能带领团队完成任务;
7、能够承受较高的工作压力,思路清晰、思维敏捷、计划性和执行力强;
8、思维活跃敏捷,为人诚实正直,具有良好的协调和人际沟通能力;
9、能有效跟进客户项目,主动性强,有较好的心理素质;
10、具备良好的沟通能力、较强人际交往和团队协作精神,气质好,形象好;
11、良好的口头及文字沟通能力,解决复杂问题的协调能力;
12、有高度的敬业精神,能承受一定的工作强度,有上进心
13、熟练使用各种办公软件,出色的文档规划管理能力;
14、具备基本的英语读写能力;
Main responsibilities:

1Prepare and execute business development and marketing strategies and initiatives for identified markets to increase the adoption of strong authentication concept and services offered by the company
2.Generate leads and prepare business forecasts in identified markets to meet allocated business development targets
3.Enhance existing service offering solution service packages and review service quality and customer consuming activities based on benchmarks/feedbacks
4.Manage customer (distributors/vendors) servicing and relationship management activities to promote customer satisfaction, Maintain and expends relationship with existing customers (distributors/vendors) nationwide
5.Develop Sales and marketing collaterals in conjunction with Operations, Customer Service and Technical team
6.Coordinate and oversee the development and implementation of all public communication plans to boost awareness and educate potential customers and/or users (Sales Channels/Distributors etc.) on the objectives of the organization and the services offered.
7.Manage the development and dissemination of company generated sales materials and responses to public enquiries in accordance to the goals and objectives of the company and its stakeholders
8.Identify and pursues new potential projects and business opportunities; establish and develop contacts with potential customers and other local entities related to A/C Development activities.
9.Manages project activities, develops forecast, tracks revenue growth, competitor’s activities and reports results on a routine basis.

Qualifications:
1.The ideal candidate has previous business development and corporate marketing and communications experience, including 2.a proven track record of effectively undertaking similar business development and corporate marketing and communications 3.functions. The candidate will have an understanding of product development, brand/concept building, sales and marketing, negotiation, people management, as well as prior experience in E-Commerce, FMCG and retailing industries. The preferred qualifications include:
4.Bachelor’s Degree in business management or administration is preferred
5.Extensive BD experience in E-Commerce, Retail, Government and/or other commercial related domains
6.Prior experience in public relations, commercial business development and KAM/CRM outreach strategies, with consultative concept/solution sales approach
7.Strong business acumen with a vibrant personality and a natural flair for interacting with people at all levels and relating well to a diverse range of customers
8.Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills, able to articulate MSB-O2O’s concept, image, plans and interests, engage and work with key staff members within the organization
9.Self-driven, mature, confident and has strong leadership capabilities
10Can-do attitude, quick learner, negotiator, and dealmaker.
