Major responsibilities include:

- Full understanding of garment specification packages in various customer formats
- Ability to evaluate garments, include colour matching and measurements, etc.
- Understanding and exposure to woven and knitted textile fabrics
- Follow up technical specification
- Liase between factory and customers
- Participate on all new developments
- Check samplings
- Strong organisational skills in all aspects of the job
- Project management time line skills -- Including the creation and management of very detailed product time lines with our internal staff, factories, and customers. Ability to anticipate and identify problems early in the tine line process so that strategies can be created to stay on time
- Making documentation and other related works of export, interaction with export companies on merchandising issues
- Must have a sincere customer satisfaction focus with strong interpersonal skills and ability to gauge and protect the customer relationship at all times
- Correspond with buyers and exporters to reach consensus on delivery and quality
- Well Knowledge in quality control


Requirements include:
- Recuit Foreigner
- University degree in textiles or related field is required
- 8 years of woven fabrics and garments merchandising experience with international company is required
- Highly organized, fast learner, excellent work ethic
- Ability to multitask and work in busy, fast paced, time-sensitive environment
- Have knowledge of international trade, garments cost structure, garments quality control, fabric composition and garments engineering / processing
- Fluent in written and spoken English & French and good computer skills
- Excellent skill of communication with foreign customers and Chinese factories, industrious and teamwork.
