Essential Job Functions:
Reporting to the DFT manager, the candidate is expected to be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Develop, implement and verify DFT design for chips;
2. Develop the high coverage and cost effective test patterns for production test;
3. Evaluate and establish the advanced DFT tools and flow.

Experience:
3+ years or above experience in DFT design; Knowledge of ATE test is preferred.

Education:
BSEE required and MSEE preferred
