主要职责

Main Duties:

确保所有的公司品牌的基本标准得到执行。

Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.

通过支持及灵活的方式同其他员工紧密合作，关注酒店总体的成功及酒店客户的满意度。

Works closely with other employees in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

检查传入的食品和确保所有食品商品是有订单、收货记录的。

Checks incoming food products and ensures that all food merchandise is in accordance with order sheets and receiving records.

同各厨房部门协调，帮助其食物的摆放和供应。

Coordinates with all satellite kitchens for their mise-en-place and supplies.

密切地监测在本运营部门的需求，并且在准确的时间内，订购准确数量的食品素材项目。

Assists to monitor closely the requirements in own section and order the food items at the right time and in the right quantity for the intended use.

观察食物准备和烹饪的方式，大小尺寸和食物的装饰品，确保食物的准备是符合标准的。

Observes methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and garnishing of foods to ensure food is prepared in prescribed manner.

为厨房建立并实施卫生系统设备

Establishes and enforces sanitation standards for the kitchen.

协助确保所有的凯悦温情和食品及饮料20项的执行。

Assists in making sure that all Touches of Hyatt and the Food and Beverage Top 20 are implemented.

对客户审查的结果做出改进计划，并确保执行。

Responds to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.
