Job Description:
? Organize/support the daily production activities for the internal research support, and manage 3rd party vendors on site
? Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure quality and consistency for end products
? Lead project teams related to research support and NCS, participate in global projects as assigned
? Provides regular communications and status reports to management as requested
? Establish initial cell banking inventory, and develop a user requirements package for general support of cell banking needs, provide a proposal for implementation
? Support the strategic development of the Shanghai Lab Operations function, and the growth of the research support functions on the Shanghai Campus

Minimum Requirements:
? Masters degree in a related field with 8-10 years relevant experience, including minimum of 2-3 years supervisory/management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
? Strong customer service background essential, able to resolve challenging questions and conflicting points of view. Relationship management with the User community. Excellent communication skills
? Prior experience with a multi-national company in an operations or support function role highly desirable
? Proficient in both verbal and written English
