Reports to: New Business Development Manager - China

Key Responsibilities:
1. NVH expert engaging with the customer, promoting and defining solutions based on L&L product portfolio such as DECI-TEX, CBS and baffle, but not limited to these technologies.
2. Detect customer unmet needs, then, based on L&L’s core competencies/technologies portfolio, conceptualize and develop solutions that will cover these unmet needs in a way that brings value to the customers and L&L Products.
3. Act as the link in-between the customer departments (development engineering, manufacturing, etc.) and the right L&L people.
4. Understand customer unmet needs, innovate and conceptualize new solution that will cover these unmet needs, bringing value to the customer and L&L.
5. Educate and train L&L people to the particularity of his specific domain.
6. Support Sale to generate new profitable business.
7. Support PD and PM to define solutions, Program management, samples, prototypes, preserial parts and customer validation.
8. Support the operation departments to such as manufacturing and purchasing to define and put in place the right and efficient means of productions and tools.
9. Constantly be aware of our competition in our niche and updates the management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive Engineering or Acoustic, Mechanical or equivalent.
2. More than 5 working experience in Automotive industry, at least 3 years in NVH and in Fiber based products.
3. High creativity and strong engineering capability in order to bring solution to customer unmet needs.
4. Experience in CAD software such as CATIA, UG, IDEAS..
5. Has an engineering mindset in order to “sell” the concepts to our customer.
6. Experiences in project acquisition and project development management.
7. Effective Communicate attitude / skill with customers, internal and partners.
8. Strong customer attitude and ability to build relationship.
9. Team player to drive behavior and business.
10. Self Motivated and result driven.
11. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
