Position Purpose :
To manage the contract and legal issues related to the business of the Company

Key Responsibilities :
1 Draft, revise and interpret various contract and legal documents relating to the business of the Company
2 Negotiate and finalize the terms and conditions of the project contract or agreement with clients
3 Support the coordination with outside legal counsel retained for specific legal matters
4 Daily routine contract management work such as filing, archiving and backup

Qualification / Skills required :
1 Bachelor degree or above in law, economics, engineering or other related fields
2 A minimum of 4 years practical experience
3 Experience in drafting and developing various contracts and legal documents with different partners. Experience in engineering and construction related contracts is a significant plus.
4 High attention to detail while being able to make strategic recommendation
5 Strong communication skills to apply best practice from internal and external sources
6 High level of motivation, energy and a bias for action
