Position: Creative Team Lead (Senior UI Designer / Senior UX Designer)
Location: Shanghai
Type: Full Time

The Role:

Seeking a UX/UID Team Lead to create "Best in Class" apps for international brands across iOS and Android platforms for both smartphone and tablets.

Typically you will have come from a Senior UI Designer or Senior UX Designer Background with strong experience in delivering Great App Designs and seeking to take the next step.


Primary Responsibilities:

# Understand client briefs and actively contribute to the brainstorming and ideation process
# Design explorations for User Interfaces and related visual design
# Experience of User Experience planning, use case preparation and wireframe development
# Create User Interface designs referencing latest platform innovation and technology advancements
# Provide guidance, reference and direction to team members
# At ease in making senior client presentations
# Ultimate responsibility for creative QC


Other Responsibilities:

# Ongoing communication with team to help manage concepts and deliver milestone objectives
# Participate in discussions on process and way of working improvement
# Contribute own ideas for internal projects and guidelines


Work Experience and Education:

# Schooling in art/design or related field or equivalent experience
# English language skills essential / Chinese language a big plus
# 3-5 years working as an Interface Designer for Mobile Interfaces
# An outstanding portfolio to showcase your talents and experience


Knowledge/Skills:

# Passionate about mobile interface design
# Strong experience in Graphic User Interface design
# Creative problem solver
# Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
# Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines.
# Must be proficient with Photoshop and Illustrator
# Attention to detail

We are a mobile solutions development studio, with a focus on custom work across all mobile platforms; whether native, H5 and WeChat, including mCommerce and CRM integration. Set up in 2009; hubbing out of Shanghai, Changsha, Hangzhou and Singapore.
