工作职责：

*深入理解客户需求，参与项目或产品创意构思和概念设计。
*通过网站、终端用户界面、图标等视觉设计有效传达品牌理念/产品概念。
*动画及动态效果设计。
*运用人机交互理论和原则，设计合理的界面原型及交互流程，满足用户使用体验需求。
*参与团队合作项目，与客户、品牌策略、用户研究、产品设计、结构设计及软硬件开发人员合作，共同为客户提供成熟的商业解决方案。

任职资格：

*大专及以上，视觉设计、图形设计、工业设计、交互设计、美术或相关专业。

*三年以上视觉/用户界面设计/交互设计工作经验。
*谙熟用户界面设计流程及方法，有网络/移动终端/消费电子交互界面设计的实战经验。
*精通图形设计/动画设计软件。
*热爱设计，有创作激情，勇于创新。

*擅长信息资料的收集和整理分析。

*不局限于设计领域，有生活阅历，具备商业视野，时刻关注互联网及数字科技趋势。

*良好的沟通和理解能力，对内与团队有效合作，对外能通过设计语言和形象的表达满足客户需求，能单独向客户提报设计方案。
*熟练的英语口语/书写能力。
