你的工作职责是什么？
- 确保以用户为中心的设计及高质量的创作。
- 根据创意简报提出创新的，适用的数码创作概念。

我们寻找什么样的人才？
- 有5年或以上网站设计经验（有4A公司工作经验者优先考虑）。
- 对设计理念的深刻理解力，能在设计中将概念化的创意充分表现出来。
- 有版面设计、平面设计、排版及动画制作方面的知识。
- 对网站的优势及劣势有敏税的洞察力。
- 熟悉最新的网上及电子媒介趋势。
- 有能力管理及领导创作团队，并激励、培训及挖掘团队成员潜能。
- 熟练使用Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver及Flash等软件。
- 良好的HTML, DHTML, CSS, 及基础的 ActionScript技能。
- 良好的口语表达能力，能准确阐述创作概念。
- 良好的英语书写及口语能力，英语六级或以上。
- 具有开放的思想，雄心并且正直。

What are the job duties?
- Ensure intuitive user-centered designs and the highest quality creative output.
- Produce innovative and usable digital concepts and art directions in response to creative briefs.
- Review and refine work of junior designers and copywriters according to the approved creative direction.

What are we looking for?
- An accomplished Art Director with 5+ years of web design experience (4A Agency experience is preferred).
- Solid understanding of design principles and creative conceptualization skills.
- Knowledge of layout, graphic design fundamentals, typography, and animation.
- Awareness of the strengths and weaknesses of the web.
- Familiarity with the latest online and digital media trends.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a creative team, as well as inspire, train, and develop them.
- Know-how of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Flash.
- Good HTML, DHTML, CSS, and basic ActionScript skills.
- Very good communication skills with an ability to present and explain creative ideas effectively.
- Good written and oral English, CET-6 or above.
- An open-mind, ambitious nature, and integrity.
