Responsibilities:

Project Management
o Traffic and manage agency workflow.
o Open all print, miscellaneous and agency jobs.
o Create/distribute/revise print production schedules.
o Initiate and follow up on the preparation of production estimates with the print production department.
o Update print status report and conduct weekly status meetings.
o Route all mechanicals through various departments.
o Manage, collect assets and prioritize workload for the studio.
o Maintain job jackets, which house every product mechanical created at Chiat\Day and MAL.
o Assist AE's and creatives in historical research.
o Train/educate new or junior employees on production process.
o Work extensively with Art Directors regarding their vision for the campaign, then work with the studio artist in making educated decisions as to how to handle multiple layout challenges.
o Manage and adhere to deadlines while working around very limited art director availability.
o Keep up-to-date media schedules indicating the various ads scheduled for release.


Requirements:

? 3 to 5 years project management or ad agency experience.
? Must be able to handle multiple projects at once, meet deliverables and manage resources.
? Must have a strong multi-discipline background-should be familiar with print production practices.
? Must have great communication skills and a 'can do' attitude.
? Knowledge of iWorks/MS Office software
