Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary drug discovery team on H2L and/or LO projects across the therapeutic areas, responsible for managing and executing interactions between internal scientists and clients, recruit new team members and foster employees’ professional development, maintain client relationships and facilitate the development of new business opportunities and accounts.

Requirements:

1. PhD. in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry and minimal six years of pharmaceutical industry experience with English proficiency for scientific communications, report writing, and presentations.

2. Strong knowledge of the drug discovery and development process from hit identification to IND

3. Familiarity with fragment-based and/or structure-based drug design is desired

4. Minimal two years practice in people management with good interpersonal skill is must.
