Primary Job Responsibilities:
As a valued member of the team at eBay that safeguard DLP Platform, you will make important contributions. Maintain and improve DLP platform to provide security service to eBay customer, partner and employee. We are looking for highly motivated and responsible information security engineers. ？ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve TCP traffic issues/server communication problems with DLP infrastructure
？ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with WCCP and ICAP
？ Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with SMTP email flow through Exchange, IronPort, DLP, and other MTAs
？ Support Hardware/Infrastructure throughout lifecycle including Filed Disk(s), Hardware Refresh, Server Decommission, Memory issues, server troubleshooting (windows and Linux both) etc.
？ Support Server/Operating System including key OS/software patching, debugging, managing services, and event handling to ensure overall system health and stability
？ Coordinate with Vendor(s) to resolve functionality/product issues
？ Operate, maintain, and serve as the point of contact for support of all DLP infrastructure
？ Develop and maintain repeatable support procedures to isolate, diagnose, and restore DLP operations in a timely fashions
？ Document actions and processes for Audit and Reporting purposes
？ Support implementation, stabilization, and continuous operation of DLP infrastructure globally
？ Other works that assigned by the direct manager

Skills and Requirements:
？ BS or above in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
？ Familiar and experience with networking, proxies, SMTP email flow, firewalls, Windows/Linux Servers, and Application support.
？ Understanding of Network routing, VLANs, Firewall rules, Mail exchange concept.
？ Ability to proactively investigate and resolve Alerts/Errors generated by server Application(s) including Tomcat, Java, DLP, etc.
？ Good communication skills on oral and written English.
