Responsibility

1) Use all sourcing skills and tools to implement the cost saving plan and target of company.

2) Supplier appraising / site-auditing for existing and potential suppliers with company standard tools.

3) Market lookout for new components / technology and sourcing opportunities, collect market information for components/materials/suppliers/price/etc..

4) Collect quotation from existing and potential suppliers and make price comparison, update the price information and commercial condition of suppliers in system and finance.

5) Responsible to monitor key supplier Quality / Logistic Performance and follow up suppliers’ correct action plan.

6) Lead the negotiation of commercial terms and contract with suppliers to reach company’s target

7) Follow up delivery status of suppliers when procurement buyer need more negotiation power.

Requirements:

- 5 years strategic procurement experience, prefer to manufactory sourcing experience

- Good knowledge of mechanical parts
- Familiar with tools of analytical thinking as well as the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and other departments

　　simodraw®、sinergon® 和 sivacon® 开关设备全部适用于低压配电、电机控制中心、电力控制中心和照明系统。此外，simocon® 开关设备还可用于交流/直流传动装置和可编程逻辑控制器系统。我们还可提供直流开关设备 sitras® （为地铁而专门设计的）以及集装箱式控制站，配备全套移动式配电站模块替代安装供电设备的常规设计建筑物。
