European retailer is looking for an Assistant Merchandiser in Woven Team to join Shanghai sourcing office and will report directly to the Senior Merchandiser.

- Job Description

· The Assistant Merchandiser helps following-up orders making sure all approvals on time to final inspection.

· Prepares inspection files for QC

· Maintains order follow-up chart updated daily.

· Sample tracking and other administrative duties

- Skills & Experience

· Previous experience in trading office, purchase office or any other office work and at least 1-2 years experience in textile

· Mastering Reporting tools (Excel, Word, PP, etc..)

· Preferably Spanish speaker

· Preferable knowing European market or previous European company.

· Good communication skills

· Responsible, honest & reliable.
