Mission:
- Lead quality management activities related to electrical and magnet suppliers and commodities, drive supplier qualification, supplier development and supplier quality improvements.

Tasks:
- Lead and work on quality management activities related to electrical and magnet commodities, coordinate resources and information, make qualification planning, monitor progress and make progress reporting, take necessary actions to ensure high level and timely deliverable in quality.

- Manage the supplier qualification, process and product qualification, supervise supplier, process and product audits as well as supplier corrective agreements. Lead and guide the supplier to improve.

- Plan and monitor the inspection activities and arrange the supplier quality engineers/ inspectors to be working at the suppliers. Ensure quality inspection activities and results are according to the relative technical specifications / requirements.

- Manage the Non-conformances, drive corrective and preventive actions at suppliers, ensure quality level business results, drive supplier development related to quality.-Lead a team to support the business needs.Support, coach and develop employees

- Instruct and monitor the implementation of quality related procedures and processes within the team.

- Drive the team to maintain good communication and cooperation with other functions of the electrical commodity team in APAC and global.

- Act as SQM single point of contact for the electrical commodities towards other BU SQM orgizational units.

- Upload and maintain the supplier, process and product qualification status in ASD, update and maintain the materials QIR status in SAP.Review the test reports from suppliers and upload to workspace. Update the suppliers quality status and push the continuous improvement.

- Contacts (internal): Reports to Supplier Quality Manager, work with colleagues from quality department and other SWP functions e.g. SPR, EN, SWPT.

- Contacts (external):contact suppliers for business tasks and coordinate with Global commodity team.

Competencies:
- Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or equivalent;

- Minimum 5 years experience in quality management, supplier quality management, team management or equivalent;

- Familiar with supplier quality management methodology and tools e.g. ISO9001, TS16949, FAI, NCR, 8D, etc.

Knowledage/Skill:
- Familiar with relevant standards and specifications of electrical commodities(including magnets);
- Experience in leading team/projects;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team environment;
- Quality oriented, customer focus & business acumen;
- Good computer skills & familiarity with MS Office (PPT, WORD, EXCEL etc.) ;
- Lean production background is preferred;
- Proficiency in both oral & written English and Chinese;
