- For our Industry Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Master Planner 物料主计划员.

What are my responsibilities?

- Develop and maintain Master Production Schedule based on customer order& forecast to ensure that customer demands are met via considering available capacities and material availability.

- Develop and maintain a detailed production schedule to ensure that individual parts are completed in time to support the Master Production Schedule.

- Order and ensure that raw material and purchased parts are available to support the detailed production schedule.

- Review production capacity, perform capacity analysis and adjust production schedule to balance production as needed.

- Monitor and control inventory levels, drive the initiatives of inventory reduction.

- Co-ordinate all raw material changes with sourcing, technical group and manufacturing group to ensure smooth transition.

- Develop, review and maintain planning data, such as Planning Bills of Material, Lead Times, Lot Sizes, work center times (queue, waiting, movement time), Operation Margin Keys, etc …

- Collect and Evaluate KPI related to the performance of the Master Schedule (e.i. Customer Service (requested vs. confirmed vs. delivered), Master Schedule Completion Rate, etc …)

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience , at least 5 years working experience for production planning and control, MRP, pull system, inventory management, master scheduling, capacity planning, and logistic analysis for complex manufacturing processes.

2. Must possess knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and have excellent computer skills.

3. Strong leadership skills and a sense of ownership are required.

What else do I need to know?

1. Strong organization and communication skills, can perform well under high pressure.

2. Good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail are required.

3. Problem solving and initiative to proactively identify and provide solutions for capacity constraints.

4. Fluent in both oral and written English.
