职位描述
Mission of Function:
The instructor technical training performs training courses in CS Training and Development Center process which is responsible for the training, education and support of our customers and service engineers. The educational programs include Technical Service and Clinical Applications. The goal is to enable our customers and service engineers to fulfill a competent economical service to ensure a high uptime of our installed base.
Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
1. Teach courses : Conduct in-class theoretical courses and practical technical skills training to engineers and customers by managing and implementing the whole technical training process from courses preparation to participation monitoring and delivering lectures.
2. Maintain systems in good condition:
Maintain, repair and update the related medical equipment (i.e: CT, X-ray, Ultrasound) and keep them in ready condition for training.
3. Certification: Execute process for training certificates: Contribute to the developing of certification test questions; Carry out tests; Issue certificates to trainees who have passed the training.
4. Generate function description: Cooperate with PLM engineers and write function description.
5. Communication: Report error messages and provide proven solutions to correct errors to Engineering Departments
