- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a Design to Cost Engineer

成本优化工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

- Project realisation of MCP measures according to design specification with considering of cost, time and production implementataion.

- Trouble shooting and analyze problems happened in DtC projects.

- To ensure availebility of manufacturing data e.g. shop drawings and SAP master data are available for manufactruing and product implementation

- Quality assurance of the design out put according to R&D design guideline and standard SOP of manufacturing.

- Quality assurance of the project (Milstone review, design review, release document)

- Project Risk management and change management

- 3D modeling and drawings creation to ensure quality of design meet project design specification

- Prepare Prototyping and test

- Projects release for implementation to related departments and groups

- Clarifying details of procurement (specification, supplier, term of bussiness) together with purchasing dept.

- Prepare and maintenance of Product Design Configuration after DTC (Nxtool+, KAMAT, materials dependencies, ect)

- Support R&D project to implement DTC measures in the new project

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- "Understanding & experience of MV products, market requirements of them, and evaluation techniques which allow effective product differentiation.

- Understand the Project Management."

- Focus on the MCP project implementation, push co-workers to realize the project as time and budget.

- Ability to work in an intercultural invironment with international teams and different company cultures. Basic oral and written English is mandatory.

What else do I need to know?

- Experience in Power Distribution business with a solid knowledge of market, competitors and Siemens scope of products/services.
