职位描述
【基带工程师】Baseband Engineer
3年以上经验 above 3 years experience
岗位职责job responsibility
1、负责终端/设备基带电路（电源管理、音频电路/音腔、传感器、ESD/EMC等）的选型、设计、开发工作，并按时交付原理图和PCB。 be responsible for the type selection, design, development of terminal/equipment Baseband circuit (power management, audio circuits/sound chamber, sensors, ESD/EMC, etc.), deliver principle diagram and PCB on time.
2、负责终端/设备基带性能的调试，跟踪遇到的相关技术问题，并做好测试、认证的支持工作。be responsible for the performance debugging of terminal /equipment baseband, track the related technical problems, do a good support job of testing and certification
3、按时整理BOM，并产出BOM等其他生产文件和设计文件。Finish BOM on time, output BOM and other production documents and the design documents
任职要求：job requirement
1、本科以上学历，3年以上移动终端产品设计经验，有smart phone设计经验优先；bachelor degree or above, above 3 years experience in mobile terminal product design, smart phone design experience is a plus
2、具有独立担当或带领团队完成项目基带设计经验，能独立分析解决专业问题，be experienced in bearing or leading the team to complete the baseband project design independently , can analyze and solve professional problems independently.
3、熟悉手机基本架构，熟悉嵌入式系统的设计流程和生产流程，具备高质量音频设计者优先；be familiar with mobile phone basic architecture, be familiar with embedded system design and production process, the ability of high quality audio design is preferred
4、具备基带核心力的技术前瞻力和难题攻关能力；have a technology foresight of baseband core force and problem research ability
5、熟练使用PADS，cadance等设计工具；be proficient in using design tools like PADS, cadance.
