Designs and develops world class quality embedded software for electronics products while working on current production and advanced products by performing the following duties:

为电子产品设计与开发世界级品质的嵌入式软件，需履行以下职责：

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Performs all aspects of design, development, implementation and test of embedded software for the automotive electronics modules. This includes analyzing requirements, developing detailed software specifications and algorithms, CPU resource analysis, design, coding, and releasing software to meet specification.

负责汽车电子模块的嵌入式软件的设计，开发，执行，测试的全方位工作。包括分析需要，根据要求制定详细的软件说明及运算法则，CPU资源分析，设计，编写，发行。

2. Follows software development process, ensure software’s quality and support continuous improvement activities. Creates and maintains engineering documents to meet Quality System requirements. Reviews and releases software design documentation and reports. Participates in software design reviews. Supports software validation process. Reviews and/or execute software validation plans.

根据软件开发程序，保证软件的质量及后续的改进工作。撰写和维护工程文件满足质量体系的要求。评审与发行软件工程文件和报告。参与软件设计评论。为软件验证过程提供支持。评审软件的验证计划。

3. Participates in development of standard procedures and practices.

参与标准程序的开发并实行。

4. Interfaces with customer and other internal groups such as electrical and mechanical engineering, project management, product validation and manufacturing.

与客户及电子工程师，机械工程师，项目管理人员，产品验证和生产等内部人员合作。

5. Effectively negotiates and communicates customer expectations inside and outside the organization.

在组织内外有效地与客户交流与协商。

6. Supports new business quotation activities.

为报价会议提供支持。

7. Works on improvement of personal and departmental technical capabilities.

8.Supports customer builds, launches and production at company and customer plants. Drives to resolution any technical issues encountered by the customer during their development process.

9. Leads and/or supports TS 16949 and ISO 14001 Roles, Responsibilities and Authorities.

Know-How Requirements

职位要求

1. Experience with and appreciation for structured approach to software development. Working knowledge of SEI CMMI Level Processes or equivalent.

有软件开发的经验。对SEI集成软件能力成熟度模型流程的应用能力或同等水平。

Knowledge of Embedded C and Assembly, CAN and LIN buses, low level CAN driver configuration, embedded module implementation of CAN. Experience with VectorCAN driver, KWP2000 and CAN analysis tools (CANoe, CANalyzer). Knowledge of StateMate and Rhapsody tools is preferred.

具有嵌入式C和汇编语言，CAN和LIN总线，底层CAN驱动器配置，以及内嵌CAN模块应用的知识。 有VectorCAN 驱动器，KWP2000 和CAN analysis （CANoe， CANalyser）工具的经验。会使用StateMate 和 Rhapsody工具为佳。

Understanding of Microprocessor Architecture, experience using tolls such as Emulators, Debuggers, etc. Hardware/software debug experience.

Experience with Software Configuration Management tools.

有使用软件结构管理工具的经验。

Solid understanding of automotive specifications.

精通汽车规范。

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle various tasks at the same time.

Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment.

有操作试验测量设备的经验。

Strong interpersonal, technical, organizational, presentational and motivational skills.

2. Bachelor's degree (B.S..) from four-year college or university in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent; or three to five years of automotive embedded software design experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

大学本科，学士学位，电子工程专业或者计算机科学专业或同等水平；三到五年汽车嵌入式软件设计经验；或者同等学历和经历。

3. Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, and permutations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.

能够运用高等数学的概念，如指数，对数，二次方程，和排列。能够把数学实践运用于频数分布，测试可靠性与有效性分析，变化分析，相关技术，抽样法理论，及要素分析。

Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phases. Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.

能够运用逻辑思维解决实际问题。有能力处理深奥的方程，等式，图表，音符等。能够处理某些抽象变量和具体变量。

4. Chinese: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. English: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
