Job Responsibility
1、Drive overall Process Improvement at Plating Subcon House
2、Deep involve in Plating Process control to improve Quality and Yield
3、Able to develop Plating Process Improvement initiative and execute action plan effectively
4、Know in detail of Plating process control and key parameters and able to identify issue for improvement..
5、Provide Plating technical training to build professional plating Operators and Engineers..
6、Set up Statistic process control to ensure the consistency of the Plating Process..
7、Process characterization / optimization studies to determine process capabilities for meeting customer requirements.
8、Technical input for "Standard Operation Procedure" (SOP) and "Work Instruction" (WI) to ensure the technical accuracy of repeatability and stability.
Job Requirements
Education Background
University graduate in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
Working Experience
1、More than 3 year industrial experience in electroplating of precision components
2、Good knowledge of process engineering and electroplating technology.
3、Strong analytical ability, reasoning and problem-solving.
Training Experience
1、Electric chemistry.
2、Waste Water Treatment System
