Principal Activities
关键工作：

* Make operation on plant site, mainly in chemical tank farm, cryogenic tank farm and liquid loading/unloading area.
在装置现场进行操作，主要包括化工罐区、低温罐区、液体装卸区、循环水、消防水、空压站、燃料气和天然气、火炬系统、污水处理。

* Participate in various HSSE training of SECCO and take production activities according to HSSE regulations and requirement.
参加SECCO的HSSE各项培训，并按HSSE要求进行生产活动。

* Take part in various trainings organized by SECCO and OSBL team in order to develop self technology level.
参加OSBL组织的各项业务培训，不断提高自身的业务水平。

* Be responsibility of tank farm site operating of OSBL. Make site operation according to OSBL shift supervisor’s instruction and assorting with inner operator in order to ensure various production process parameters are controlled within the range of technology document regulations and set material turnover process mode.
负责OSBL-罐区的现场操作。根据OSBL值班长指令配合内操进行现场操作，将生产工艺参数控制在技术文件所规定的范围之内，以及设定物料进出流程模式。

* Make regular route position review on time and seriously.
负责按时按规定路线进行巡检，严格执行OSBL生产运行管理规定。

* Be responsibility of timely diagnosing and dealing with various problems occurred in production and site operation and report to shift supervisor.
在现场能及时判断和解决生产及操作过程中出现的各类问题，并向值班长汇报。

* Timely diagnose accident character and deal with it under shift supervisor’s command and assorting with DCS operator during accident situation.
在事故状态下，及时判断事故，听从值班长指挥和DCS操作人员配合进行及时处理。

* Be responsibility of plant start-up and shut-down, accident treatment and make site operation as per production requirement and DCS operator’s instruction in normal daily production.
在装置开停工、事故处理以及日常生产中，根据生产需要根据DCS操作员指令进行相关的现场操作。

* Fill in the position record seriously and truly.
负责认真、按时填写岗位记录。

* In addition to basic operating tasks then will also carry out tasks for which they have been trained and are competent, this could include sampling, oil and grease equipment, instrument checks, minor maintenance etc.
除了基本的操作工作之外，还需进行经过训练及能够胜任的一些工作，包括取样、油及油脂设备、仪表的检查、辅助维护等。

* Operator has ability to utilize the DCS for monitoring and can also carry out limited tasks under the supervision of the DCS operator.
现场操作工有能力利用DCS进行监测，并能够在DCS操作工的监督下进行有限的相关工作。

Experience/Skill Requirement
经验/技能要求：

* Own petrochemical process profession and relative academic records.
具有石油化工工艺专业相应学历。

* Know of petrochemical industry requirement and situation on production, safety and technology.
对行业生产、安全、技术等情况和要求有了解。

* Be good at coordinating and establishing necessary human relations net and have excellent chemical industry operation skills.
善于协调并建立必要的人际关系和网络，具有出色的化工操作技能。

* Prefer to whom with 3+ years operation experiences in petrochemical industry.
具有三年以上石油化工行业的操作经验者优先。
