职位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
To fully understand the broader 2.5 NVG goals and to build a solid operational platform in China to deliver our aspirations.
To work with the Head of 2.5NVG in China to ensure current and future business needs are met.
To implement a set of KPIs to show an accurate picture of performance in China Operations and product supply to the countries concerned.
To take full responsibility for the preparation, implementation and control of all operations budget as well as capital expenditure.
To work closely with the Logistics Manager based at HQ and the Country Heads to ensure smooth supply and delivery of products and ancillary items, more specifically:
To liaise with the Logistics Manager at HQ to manage the inventory levels to supply both China and the participating countries.
To manage the receipt of goods in 2.5NVG China and liaise with the 2.5NVG Logistics Manager to ensure delivery to order.
To carry out statistical QC checks on incoming goods and take appropriate actions
To ship products to all participating countries, including the production of accurate documents to satisfy individual country requirements.
To source ancillary products as and when requested by the Logistics manager
RELATIONS
2.5 NVG Team in China and occasionally Essilor China
2.5NVG HQ team in Singapore
Countries involved in 2.5 NVG and other Corporate Mission projects
PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
Running an efficient and cost-effective operations including the last mile activities in China
Roll-out success of strategic initiatives & projects
Quality of supply services to all countries
KEY COMPETENCIES
Technical
Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Science related fields
Good command of spoken and written English
Related experience in operations/logistics
Soft skills
Result-oriented
Excellent attention to details
To have empathy and able to adapt to various environments and cultures
Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
Excellent communication skills at all levels & Interpersonal skills
Proven negotiations skills
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Min 5 to 7 years of experience in Operations/Logistics or related function with managerial responsibilities
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Travel within regions of China and occasionally abroad
