Job Responsibilities:
1.Leading and coordinating the Balanced Scorecard Project within the company
2.Information and data analysis
3.Continuously update Dashboard and Balanced score card templates
4.Run Compass project Committee
5.Develop and implement training to employees to understand and make use of the Balanced scorecard system.
6.Assisting in adapting performance appraisal system to the balanced scorecard system
Planning:
Give necessary support to develop TOTB strategic planning and improved procedures
Executing:
1.Executing performance management system for the Balanced Scorecard
2.Publishing balanced scorecards and tracking performance
3.Improving on necessary changes for the balanced scorecard
4.Developing new KPIs
Analyzing:
1.Performance analysis
2.Work with IT and HR to implement new systems to track performance
3.Internal operational audits
Others:
1.Carry out employee performance review
2.Assist departments on improving process timing and overall performance
