Purpose/Objective:
To lead the company to maintein EHS system and comply with Danaher and Leica regulations and to ensure all the practice and procedure in the plant align with EHS standard.

Area of Responsibilities:
1、Set up and maintain EHS Management System，Update and carry out local EHS policy, laws and regulations, and other requirements which are suitable for the company.
2、Cooperate with the HR department to organize the EHS training designedly, according to the requirements of the laws, regulations and other requirements.
3、Lead regular audit in EHS system, drive EHS KAIZEN and push other responser to fullfill improvement;
4、Investigate and handle the incidents; Register, count and analysis them; assist the related departments to carry out improvement and prevention actions.
5、Control the emergency preparation and response and other operations well.
6、Assist the related departments to do the investigation, analyzing and reporting job of occupational Health Safety, research and implement the preventive actions; assist the HR department to do the job of occupational diseases check.
7、Select right PPE for key positions and monitor right usage of personal protection device (PPE)
8、Conduct routine/non-routine inspection; Trace the implementation situation of corrective and preventive actions for the non-conformities, and validate the effects.
9、Take charge of receiving the inspection and audit of the local EHS office and external correlative parties; Be responsible for assessing the qualification of suppliers of EHS materials.
10. Reguarlly deliver report to Danaher headquarter via website or other publications accordingly

Qualification:
Bachelor degree majoring in related area;
More than 3 years’ experience in EHS job, working in manufacturing site preferred
Familiar with establishing and running ISO14001&OHSAS18001, priority will be given to certified auditors.
Good team work spirit and communication skills
Good presentation skill
Good English and MS office skill
