Purpose/Objective:
Drive Supplier Performance by implementing best practices among LCR China supplier base to secure QDC for Leica global so to support LCR program in China

Area of Responsibilities:
1.Develop suppliers to get best-in-class quality products and improve customer satisfaction.
2.Perform supplier audit activities to secure a capable supplier base regarding quality, delivery, code of conduct, risk and environment.
3.Communicate requests and assure expedient and reliable corrective action from the supplier if a problem or failure occurs that is relevant to the Supplier’s product .This includes working closely with other departments company internally and supplier externally.
4.Implement ongoing supplier process & product audits, source inspections and continuous Improvement.
5.Drive Supplier evaluation/audit methodology, raw material inspection processes, supplier quality performance guidelines and supplier quality notification processes (corrective actions, etc.) and return procedures.
6.Collaborate with Sourcing Personnel, R&D and other departments as required.

Person Specification：
1.Bachelor degree, Mechanical Engieering or similar
2.8 years working experience and 2-3 years above experience of supplier development
3.Solid supplier development experience in term of Quality Management System and Supplier Audit
4.Basic Inspection Technology and Measurement Skills
5.Basic knowledge of mechanics processing
6.Project Management Skills/ISO Medical Knowledges
7.Align methods / tools / processes with RA/QA/IE/Sourcing in supplier selecting and qualification, as well development from continuals improvement perspectives
8.Cooporate with each department and implement and follow strictly the company regulations
9.Good team player
10.CAD or similar software, plus traveling flexibility (about 50%)
11.Computer level: Proficient with MS office and SAP application.
