SQE

Job responsibilities & Key Functions
· On site quality control if some potential risk is defined, prepare quality improvement plan with suppliers;
· Manufacturing process evaluation and audit for improvement and development;
· Help supplier find out the root cause of quality deviation, provide suggestion to supplier for improvement and reducing defects, follow up the effectiveness of corrective actions;
· If necessary conduct on site inspection of FA inspection together with supplier and evaluate the result and communicate with engineering department regarding the quality deviation if needed;
· Responsible for FA release;
· Review quality documents before FA delivery;
· Participate supplier audit and follow up the corrective actions.

· Monitor supplier on-time delivery performance and one time pass yield at HGES incoming inspection, prepare corrective action for supplier KPI improvement.

Main Specifications
· University degree, engineering background;
· Min. continuous 3 years working experience of SQE in the field of machining products;
· Basic knowledge of machining manufacturing process;
· Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure;
· Understand of process flow and control plan and implementation of those would be a plus;
· ISO 9001 internal auditor and with 3 years supplier audit working experience.

· Understand surface treatment will be a plus.
