Purchasing Manager


Heidelberg, the world market leader in Sheetfed Offset printing machines, is continuing to grow its business in China by further expanding its production facilities and its market coverage in the region. Heidelberg Graphic Equipment (Shanghai) Co. The responsibilities will include but not limit to


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

?To develop and maintain a high efficiency and productivity purchasing team
?Be a leader of purchasing team, assist the Procurement Department Manager to define and implement supplier strategy
?Drive localization to fulfill annual target
?Budget planning and management
?Supplier market analysis
?Supplier pre-selections, management and development
?Issue Orders
?Price and performance negotiations
?Work with different team to lead project run smooth



JOB REQUIREMENTS

?Bachelor or above degree in engineering, business or related discipline, Master is preferred.
?10+ years of related working experiences in machinery manufacturing, automobile or electronic filed, including at least 5 years of management experience and equivalent combination of education and experience.
?Demonstrated ability and proven and sustained performance of all of the tasks.
?Strong supplier management, problem solving, analytical skills.
?Proven entrepreneurial and leadership skills and interact well in cross-functional teams.
?Fluent English in oral and writing, plus German would be preferred.
?Excellent computer skills including MS office, working experience with SAP R3 will be preferred.
?Can work under pressure.
?With technical working experience and background (mechanical, sheet metal, die-casting etc.)
