Job Title: Senior Accountant
Location: Shanghai
Reports to: Finance Manager

Key focus:
? Finance and fiscal support for Shanghai Trading Co.,(ACS)& Management Co.(RHQ)
? Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory reporting
? Maintain site internal accounting and financial control structure
? Continuous improvement of site accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
? Provide finance support to site in the area of accounting, reporting and analysis (e.g. weekly/monthly manufacturing reporting, forecast, S&OP participation, AOP, etc.…)
? Responsible for review and filing of the monthly tax package including VAT, business tax, etc.
? Responsible for reviewing and filing of quarterly corporate income tax filing and annual tax review for all taxes.
? Review and approve monthly trial balance, financial analysis to management.
? First level support for all internal, external and governmental audits (e.g., SOXs, PwC, local Customs House audit, local Tax Bureau’s audit)
? Assist local site Management and regional functional management in ad hoc projects.
? Assist with the preparation of the weekly and monthly forecast and analysis
? Manage and perform standard cost updates
? Review cost closing and ensure the cost process accurate
? Identify interco agreement necessary and lead the discussion
? Project economics and the first level follow up of assets accounting.
? Cashflow forecast and management. Loan and facility monitor.
? Drive communications between Finance and Operations management to strengthen relationships.
? Coordinate and/or complete monthly, quarterly and annual closing, working closely with regional functional management, CoE and site manufacturing personnel.
? Develop control procedures and insure proper internal controls over the use of site assets.
? Spotlight areas of concern to aid in meeting objectives of site, regional and global management.

Requirements:
? 5 plus years relevant experiences in finance & accounting function in foreign enterprises.
? Good knowledge in month end close and reporting.
? College graduated or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
? Self motivated, independent, performance driven and able to work under pressure
? Advanced level of MS-Office skills, Lotus Notes & ERP system, SAP expertise strongly preferred.
? Good at written and spoken English and Mandarin
? A high standard of personal integrity and decisiveness
