岗位描述：

1. 负责各模块制度流程的建立与完善

2. 负责具体招募与培训工作的实施，结合各项预算的有效执行与沟通

3. 负责人事管理工作的作业质量控制，建立良性劳动关系

4. 负责做好每月的人力资源报表和分析

5. 负责建立、优化人力资源工具，提升管理效率

6. 协助上级做好人力资源规划并参与实施、监督目标达成情况

7. 协助上级做好外部资源的整理与沟通，建立人力资源需要的各项外部渠道

8. 协助上级建立集团公司组织架构，优化薪资架构和职级体系


岗位要求：

1. 大专以上学历，接受过系统的人力资源培训

2. 有5年以上国际货运代理或制造业背景

3. 5年以上人力资源经理职位的经验

4. 企图心强、大气、包容、思路清晰、表达清晰

5. 自我激励与团队激励的意识和行为
