职位描述
Responsibilities area:
1) Responsible for regular and special vender and Staff payment for three company (Meeting, Dotcom, HK_INV)
2) Reconcile sales receipts with sales report to ensure they are totally reconciled
3) Responsible for invoice issuing in Golden tax system which link to Tax bureau, recording and safe keeping
4) Perform cash audit in HO and retail center
5) Responsible for foreign currency settlement and keep relation with bank
6) Payment voucher and other bank document filing
7) Deal with the SAFE and Bank to prepare all SAFE request payment documents
8) Ad hoc assignments by accounting supervisor and Finance Director, i.e. some tasks related to AP module implement or MMS
Qualification and relevant experience
1. College degree or above with major in accounting, finance
2. Strong knowledge and practice of foreign currency things and capital injection
3. Quick learning ability, ready & able to flexibly work in demanding, and rewarding environment
4. Relevant 2 years & above cashier working experience, retail experience is preferred
5. Familiar with local or international GAAP
6. Integrity, strong sense of responsibility, professional and detail oriented.
7. Good English skills in reading and writing
8. Good communication skills and team work spirit.
9. Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
10.Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel
