职位描述
The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a world leading Online weight loss product team in a cross-timezone multinational environment to handle complex and challenging projects, provide insights into the company's business and support its decision making. The role will entail working with WW's internal / external / international to gather and analyze the product requirements, translate them into technical language for implementation and manage the process. This key objective of this role is to provide technical and analytical assistance in improving the digital product offering,including website and apps.
Skills/Experience:
·Education: Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Web design, or related field.
·Work experience: 3 years or above in digital products. Programmer/Developers experience is a plus.
·Strong HTML skills, with demonstrated ability.
·Experience in website analytics is a must
·Experience in ecommerce is a plus
·Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese.
·Exceptional interpersonal skills, both within Product team and across teams,
·Strong knowledge of online trends coupled with the ability to translate customer and market needs into a highly converting online product
·Results-focused a must - capable of rapidly analyzing results, taking action to improve performance
·Passionate about delivering what’s best for the customer
Job Description:
·Plan and process website and mobile related project Monitor progress of multiple digital products, constantly looking to improve their performance in terms of both user engagement and financial returns.
·Develop/Prototype the technical solution to engineers for certain product enhancements.
·Act as project manager to prepare project plans and track process. Report weekly on progress and deliverables against plan.
·Proactively identify opportunities or obstacles concerning data needed & data accuracy.
·Identify and diagnose data quality issues and provide recommendations.
·Assist in improving KPIs, including unique visitors, registration, sign ups, revenue, conversion rate, etc. for all digital products, including website and mobile. Manage analytics across the digital products
·Work with the Marketing, Customer Service, and Programme teams to continuously enhance and promote the digital product offering
·Constantly serve as advocate for the customer on his/her weight loss journey
