AP Accountant

Report to: Finance Manager

Department: Finance Dept.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Staff reimbursement (including Expatriate & Local staff) and routine office expense, auditing,

booking and summarize in reports monthly.

- Responsible for monthly VAT filing.

- Follow open GR items diligently and try to get things updated within 30 days from invoice date.

- Assist in GL posting and ensure that all accounting transactions are booked accurately

and in accordance with general policies and procedures.

- Interco transaction reporting, reconciliation and management.

- Key vendor account reconciliation on a monthly basis.

- Assist in monthly closing process.

- Assist in coordination of internal and external auditors.

- Responsible for the monthly submission of all the statistics reports.

- Assist in annual SOX testing programme

- Any other assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent and professionally qualified
- 3-4 years solid experience in multinational companies with a manufacturing background or shared service center

- Fluency in both oral & written English
- Proficient in MS office
- Familiar with PRC accounting and regulatory matters such as New CAS, SAFE regulations and

Tax laws
- Strong sense of responsibility, process oriented, team spirit, be able to work independently,

- Able to think independently and think out ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience in SAP

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司(Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd. )

　　上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

　　合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

　　公司目前拥有150名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。

　　合资公司将成为亚太地区提供发动机MRO服务的普惠“优秀中心”， 一个从事CFM56高压压缩机叶片维修（“HPC”）的“优秀中心”。
