职位描述

The Regional Director is responsible for the P&L of the Region. This includes leading and motivating the regional team, reaching monthly regional sales targets, supervising production throughout the region of consistent and high level academic content, insuring effective operation of all systems and processes, overseeing all Human Resource and administrative issues, being involved in new Center site selection and development, overseeing regional off-line marketing and dealing as required with various legal, licensing and statutory issues.



The Regional Director has the following specific responsibilities:

? Act as overall leader and charismatic role model for the region; foster employee development and ensure high morale, positive cooperative spirit
? Coordinate the hiring, training and supervision of all Center Directors and oversee the efficient and effective operation of each Center

? Coordinate the setting of monthly and period sales targets and motivate the sales teams throughout the Centers to reach these targets

? Prepare regional expansion plans and supervise site selection, Center design and build out, equipment requisitioning, hiring and training and all other processes that are part of a new Center launch time line

? Coordinate with legal, tax, finance and government officials and advisors to ensure the smooth operation of business within the region

? Supervise and lead the Center Directors, the regional Academic Manager, regional Central Sales Operations Manager, Marketing Manger, Real Estate Manager, Student Life Manager, Finance Manager and IT Coordinator

? Work with the regional marketing manager to develop marketing programs to enhance brand awareness and drive call-in and walk-in sales

? Coordinate periodic team building and social events for the region to build and enhance overall team spirit
